Twice a year we adjust our clocks for daylight saving time, but the change can affect our sleep, energy, and daily routines. At first, like the 1st week of the change, it is rough. It's harder to get proper sleep, and focus in school. But after the first week, it is perfect. I like spring forward more than fall back, because of the additional hour of daylight we get. It never really affects my mood or productivity.

Today we read chapter 6 of Into the Wild, and we wrote down 3 facts, 2 interesting things, and 1 question.

I'm comprehending this book well, which is good for me because I have struggled with reading comprehension in the past.
