Over the break, I went to Birmingham, AL, on a boys golf trip for 4 days. Every day we played a new course, and we ended up playing 100 holes. Which is 1.38 rounds of golf a day. I also spent time with friends, hanging out and making some good memories.

Today we read a poem by Maya Angelou, and identified similes and metaphors in it. We also had to explain our interpretation on the similes/metaphors.

I got better at analyzing poems, and identifying metaphors.
