After two weeks of studying rhetorical devices, types of rhetoric, and methods for identifying rhetorical techniques, which rhetorical device do you find most effective or compelling, and why?

I find hyperboles most effective because they are used to over emphasize a point it's trying to make. They can be used to create humor, create an emotion flare, create drama, and create dominance when it's used. They are also effective because of how easy they are to use. You can really say anything with an extreme exaggeration, doesn't even need to be related to the topic youre talking about, and it will still work.

Today we took our rhetorical device test.

I did pretty well on the test. I got what I was aiming for, and was never really lost during any portion of the test.
